Else Bos 
Chief Executive Officer

After graduating in Econometrics from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1983, Else Bos held various senior management posts at ABN AMRO. From 1991 to 2001, she served as COO of ABN AMRO Asset Management. In 2001, she was appointed joint Head of Investments at NIBC Asset Management and a year later became the COO/CFO.
Else joined PGGM in 2003 as Director Third Parties, Operations & Staff. In March 2005, she was appointed Chief Executive Officer Investments and a member of the PGGM Board of Governors.

Johan van der Ende
Chief Investment Officer Strategy & Structured Investments

After graduating in Business Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Johan van der Ende joined ING in 1986, where he held positions including Group Manager Market Risk, Board Member of ING Lease and Chief Financial Officer of Nationale Nederlanden.
In 2005, he became interim Director Third Parties, Operations & Staff at PGGM. He is currently in charge of strategy and research, responsible investing and investments in property, infrastructure, private equity and structured credit.

Marc van den Berg
Chief Operations Officer

Marc van den Berg studied Business Management at the State University of Groningen. He began his career as a consultant in the field of business and IT strategy at KPMG. He became a partner in 1996, focusing on the financial sector.
In 2005, he moved to PGGM as a Senior Programme Manager Business Development & Innovation. He was appointed Chief Operations Officer in 2006.
