Kom jij ons versterken?

Een pre-employmentscreening is standaard onderdeel van onze selectie.

Jouw rol

As CDD & KYC analyst, you will work in the CDD team which has the responsibility to assure PGGM complies with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering Law (Wwft) and Sanctions Law. The team is relatively new and in started in 2023. The current focus is on improvements in the process, supported by a new system, which is in the final stage of being implemented. A unique opportunity for anyone who would like to participate in establishing a fully operating CDD team and a streamlined CDD process.

Your role

You will work with a team of five CDD officers (including you). As a CDD analyst, you are responsible for carrying out an analysis (determine scope, identification and verification) and risk assessment on new relationships with which PGGM or PFZW enter into contractual obligations. The screening of entities and persons is an important part of this. In addition, CDD monitors the existing portfolio for changes based on events and periodic updates. The system that supports the CDD process is still partly under development. Further Implementation and setting up the PGGM portfolio within the new system will be part of the day to day activities. You will get ample opportunities to get up to speed with the processes and content either through (external) courses) where needed and by learning on the job from your CDD colleagues.

To achieve the end result, you will work closely with other departments within PGGM such as Compliance, Legal, Front Office teams and the Operational Due Diligence team. With these departments you will participate in deal meetings and proactively track the process and take responsibility for completing the deals within the projected time frames. You will also interact directly with the relations who are subject to a CDD assessment.

The framework is the CDD policy of PGGM Vermogensbeheer and this policy is derived from the Anti-Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) and the Sanctions Act. There will certainly be changes in the coming years because the supervisory role will shift from local level to European level. It’s the responsibility of the CDD team to keep PGGM compliant with rules & regulations, an important part of our “license to operate”.
