BI Engineer Reporting - Investment Management

At PGGM, large sums of money are managed and invested through data dashboards. As a BI Engineer within the Reporting department, you and your colleagues are specialists in unlocking, structuring, and making data available to our clients and stakeholders via dashboards. You build and maintain data products and dashboards that are crucial for clear and timely reporting. In doing so, you collaborate with colleagues from various teams such as Administration, Performance Analysis, and the different investment teams.
You will also:
- Contribute ideas for data-driven improvements and automation, including AI applications.
- Design, build, and maintain BI solutions (data models, dashboards).
- Optimize data flows and performance within our BI environment.
- Work with stakeholders to translate information needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and adhere to our data mesh way of working.
Jouw afdeling binnen PGGM
Within PGGM Investment Management, the Reporting department is responsible for providing information about pension fund portfolios to clients and regulators. The team actively focuses on further automation and the use of new technology as the foundation for reporting and informing our stakeholders. Your 10 colleagues are true professionals who enjoy delivering the best product for the client. Alexander van Doorn, one of them, says:

Jouw achtergrond

You also bring:
- Higher professional or academic working and thinking level (HBO/WO), preferably in IT, Data Science, or a similar field.
- Experience with BI tools (such as Power BI, Qlik) and SQL.
- Affinity with technology and data-driven work.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and help build a future-proof Reporting environment.
- Strong command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written.
- A genuine commitment to people working in healthcare and welfare.
