Kom jij ons versterken?

Een pre-employmentscreening is standaard onderdeel van onze selectie.

Jouw rol

As a Medior CDD Professional, you will collaborate with the CDD team responsible for compliance with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wwft) and the Sanctions Act.

The team started at the end of 2022 and has since grown steadily, focusing on improving our processes and interdepartmental collaboration.

You will be responsible for conducting counterparty due diligence (CDD) reviews on a variety of managers and assets held by PGGM. This includes handling both new transactions and outstanding backlog cases that still require completion. Additionally, you will be tasked with generating quarterly management reports.

You will also contribute to maintaining and developing IT initiatives within the CDD team in alignment with PGGM vision of becoming a data-driven organization. You enjoy working on cross-team projects and show initiative to support fellow teams with your skills when needed.

A strong affinity with AI-related developments is essential, as is a genuine interest in data and process automation. These qualities will enable you to support the team in resolving system-related issues and managing data effectively.

Furthermore, you will be responsible for sending PGGM’s standard KYC packages to external counterparties (asset managers) and responding to any follow-up questions they may have.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy contributing to both individual and team success.

We’d love to hear from you if you recognize yourself in the following profile:

  • You are available full-time (36 hours)
  • Good skills in English, both spoken and written.

Wat wij bieden

A first-class employer in the middle of the country (Zeist – with the intention to move to Utrecht within the foreseeable future) who offers you opportunities to develop yourself, within a world player in financial markets that – however – is about more than just money. A company in a dynamic environment, such as the implementation of the new pension contract but also the additional element of sustainability to the traditional risk and return investment theory. At PGGM you increase your professionalism by working together and sharing knowledge. You are given the freedom and responsibility to combine work and private life for a good life/work balance. An open and honest corporate culture is part of this. Finally, with your knowledge and dedication you can directly contribute to an affordable and sustainable pension for employees in the Healthcare and Welfare sector. In choosing to work for PGGM you are making a choice for society and yourself.

You can count on:

  • A modern benefits package consisting of a salary in scale 14 or 15 of the Collective Labor Agreement, 8% holiday pay and a 13th month.
  • A 36-hour hour working week.
  • A 45 euro net monthly internet allowance
  • A 300 euro annual fit budget
  • A good pension scheme as a member of the PFZW pension fund (71% paid by PGGM, 29% by the employee).
  • A training budget for internal and external training or education.
  • 27 vacation days per year.
  • A working from home budget to set up a healthy / responsible WFH workplace.
  • Discount on CZ's supplementary healthcare insurance packages.

Working Hours

The team operates with flexible working hours. Wednesday is our designated office day, while Tuesday is optional; the remaining days are remote. In addition, you are expected to attend PGGM-wide meetings, which are occasionally held on-site. During these moments, your presence at the office is required to foster collaboration and engagement across departments.
