Working Student CDD Support

As a Working Student in the CDD Support Team, you will help reduce backlog and optimize existing assessments. You will support the team in ensuring PGGM complies with the Dutch Anti-Money Laundering (Wwft) and Sanctions Act.

Your responsibilities include:

• Processing and completing incomplete CDD files;
• Performing administrative tasks, including executing and updating CDD assessments;
• Collecting and organizing information on incomplete deals;
• Optimizing and updating risk assessments from previous CDD teams;
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of the PGGM portfolio in Salesforce.

Tools & Systems

• Salesforce (SF): for recording assessments.      
• WCO (LSEG): for screening processes.

We are looking for someone who preferably:

• Has strong assessment and analytical skills.
• Understands business structures and CDD processes.
• Is comfortable working with IT systems, especially CRM tools.
• Learns new systems quickly and maintains a clear overview.
• Has experience with Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Is available for 36 hours per week (minimum 32) for at least 6 months.
• Has good verbal and written communication skills in English.

You can count on:

• A monthly salary of € 2.232- 3.198 based on 36 hours;
• Year-end payment of 8,33% and 8% holiday allowance;
• A monthly mobility allowance based on commuting distance;
