As IM IT Test automation professional, you are responsible for the further development of our test automation service helping the organization increase the level of automated testcases and increase the quality of testing.

You will be part of the IM IT Technology team, a team of 17 people with broad technical skills supporting the IM organization and other IM IT teams. This teams sets Technical standards, realizes technical building blocks for PGGM Investment Management and supports DevOps & Business teams in using them. Within the team 2 test automation professionals work dedicated for test automation, using Micro Focus UFT, managing a large set of automated functional tests. Within the team you work with and a broad array of internal stakeholders e.g. the IM IT teams and the business teams.

Responsibilities
- Design and implementation of automated testing solutions.
- Automate functional test scripts created by business or IM IT DevOps teams.
- Analyzing test results and reporting findings to the DevOps teams.
- Maintain and improve existing test automation scripts.
- Identifying and documenting defects and areas for improvement.
- Ensuring high test coverage and robust testing infrastructure
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with the test manager to align test strategy and test automation.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing methodologies and best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, analytical and collaboration skills.
- At least 5 years of experience with test automation in a financial industry environment. Preferable Asset management?
- In-depth knowledge of test automation tools such as Micro Focus UFT (preferred) or similar frameworks (Selenium, JUnit, TestNG)
- Experience with programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Knowledge CI/CD-tools like Azure DevOps (preferred), GitLab or Jenkins.
- Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, both written and oral
