Secretary – Partnership Management PFZW and PGGM Investment Management (IM)

Together with the Manager of Business Management, the Senior Partnership Manager, and the Associate Partnership Manager, you are an essential link in the strategic partnership between PFZW and PGGM. You jointly manage all aspects of the strategic collaboration with the PFZW Board Office, the PFZW Investment Committee, and the PGGM Investment Management organization. This also includes contract management.
As secretary, you are responsible for organizing meetings and consultations between the PFZW board office and PGGM regarding asset management services. While the partnership managers act as the primary contact for PFZW, you support them in terms of content, processes, and logistics. You independently prepare meetings, ensure timely delivery of PGGM documents for various consultations with PFZW, and draft clear and concise minutes and action lists to support formal and transparent decision-making. You communicate the actions and decisions taken and ensure follow-up. You also maintain direct contact with members of the PFZW board office in the asset management domain to clarify and follow up on questions and actions.
Additionally, you coordinate with the partnership managers on the agenda of the Investment Committee, the delivery of PGGM documents (including preparation and follow-up), and the tracking of actions together with the board office.
Finally, you serve as secretary of the PGGM Investment Process Committee (IPC), a committee that supports multidisciplinary collaboration in the development of PGGM products and is directly linked to our services for PFZW. In this role, you work closely with the Manager of Business Management, who chairs this meeting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and manage the consultation structure with PFZW, including logistical and content preparation of various meetings
- Create and maintain the Governance Product Calendar (BPK)
- Take minutes of PFZW partnership and IPC meetings
- Ensure timely and thorough follow-up of actions
- Organize and coordinate information requests to PGGM teams and PFZW to support timely and complete reporting
Jouw afdeling binnen PGGM
You will be part of the Business Management team within Investment Management (IM), consisting of 16 colleagues across three areas of expertise:
- Partnership Management and Evaluation
- Responsible for the strategic collaboration with PFZW, shaping governance agreements, and evaluating IM products.
- Management Consultants and Corporate Secretary
- Focused on strategic support for the IM Board, decision-making preparation, and translating strategy into implementation and advice.
- Management Assistants
- The organizational hub around the PGGM IM management team, focusing on planning, support, and connection within and outside the management team.
- In your role, you report to the Head of Business Management.
Jouw achtergrond
You are sharp, precise, and think one step ahead. You enjoy organizing, communicate clearly, and switch effortlessly between details and the bigger picture. You are customer-oriented and sensitive to what is happening in the organization and with our partner, and you translate this professionally into action.
What you bring:
- Higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking
- 3–5 years of relevant experience as a secretary, preferably in the pension or financial sector
- Affinity with asset management is a plus
- Strong planning, structuring, and organizational skills
- Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, contributes ideas on work processes and digitalization
- Excellent command of Dutch and English (bilingual work environment)

- A gross monthly salary in scale 16 BMO, between €4,932 and €7,046 based on 36 hours, depending on your knowledge and experience
